Refund Policy
These policies reflects the planning, materials and labor that goes into preparing each order from the moment it is placed.
Family Meals & Catering:
Orders cancelled more than one week (7 days) before the expected pick-up day will receive a full refund.
Ordered cancelled 5-6 days before the expected pick-up day will receive a 50% refund.
Orders cancelled within 72 hours of expected pick-up day are not eligible for a refund.
Seafood Night Orders:
Seafood orders cancelled after Wednesday at 4:00pm are not eligible for a refund.
Events:
Ticket cancellations made within 5-6 days of the event will be subject to a 50% refund.
Ticket cancellations made within 72hours of the event will not be subject to a refund.
