We use only the freshest ingredients and carefully fire our pizzas in a 900-degree wood-fired oven. We make our own sourdough and mix our own sauces. All pizzas are approximately 12” in diameter. Expect slight variations in the shape as our crusts are hand-formed. Cauliflower crust is gluten free, but all pizza is cooked in same oven, please beware if you have Celiac Disease or other allergies. Orders may take an hour or more during peak times.
